Why the Enneagram

I'm not going to tell you I've coached hundreds of successful people — I haven't, yet — and pretending otherwise would be exactly the kind of performance this place is built to strip away.

What I do have:

My own divorce. My messed-up relationships. My fake friendships. My ongoing self-work. A master's in psychology and neuroscience from King's College London. A full Enneagram coaching certification. Over 200 hours, across 50-plus people who let me sit with them in this. Not testimonials, not before-and-afters — just reps. Enough to know what actually happens in a room once someone starts telling the truth.

That's what sent me looking for who I actually was — past what MBTI could tell me — until the Enneagram finally answered it.

I didn't learn this framework to teach it. I learned it to survive myself. That's the only credential that matters here.
