Untamed

Untamed — Application Form

What's next

  1. Fill in the application form — about 5 minutes.
  2. Book a 15-minute call with me right after you submit.
  3. If it's a fit, confirm and pay a 50% deposit.
  4. Sign the two short documents within 7 days.
  5. Take your Enneagram assessment.
  6. Pay the balance 21 days before you arrive.

Before you start: For now, Untamed hosts women and mixed groups only — not solo men or all-male groups.

Section 1 of 5

About you

When would you like to come? Untamed runs Monday to Friday.

Coming alone or with others?

Coming with others? Each person fills in their own form and books their own call — please send them this link.

Do you know your Enneagram type? (Fine if not — you'll take the full assessment before you arrive.)

Section 2 of 5

Why now

A few lines or words is enough.

(Optional — skip if it's too much for a form.)

Section 3 of 5

Health & safety

A “yes” here doesn't rule you out. It helps me plan your five days safely, and we'll talk it through on the call.

Are you seeing a therapist, counsellor, or psychiatrist right now?
In the past 12 months, have you had a mental health crisis — such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or a hospital stay?
Are you taking any medication that needs regular monitoring?

Some activities involve hiking, kayaking, and cold water.

Are you comfortable around dogs?

There are dogs on the property. They can be kept away for your whole stay.

Section 4 of 5

Emergency contact

Someone I can reach during your stay if something happens.

Section 5 of 5

Before you submit

What Untamed is, and isn't. I'm a certified Enneagram coach with a master's in psychology and neuroscience of mental health — not a therapist, counsellor, or psychiatrist. Untamed is for self-reflection and growth. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it doesn't replace professional care. If I see during your stay that a professional would serve you better, I'll pause and refer you.

What you share stays private. The one exception: if I believe you may harm yourself or someone else, I'll act on it — including calling emergency services or your emergency contact. If you're accepted, you'll also sign a short confidentiality and privacy agreement before you arrive.
