01 / ABOUT UNTAMED
About Untamed
- A five-day, one-to-one self-experiment at a private family property in northern Thailand. You spend the days on activities you choose, and each evening in a psychological salon with me. It's built on the Enneagram.
- No. A retreat is built to help you rest. Untamed is built to make you look at yourself. The setting happens to be beautiful — the point is what you find out while you're in it.
- No. Therapy works in fifty-minute sessions, over months, through a medical lens — diagnose first, then treat. Untamed doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It's for self-reflection and growth, built around your type.
- An executive coach sharpens your performance at work. Untamed looks at who you are underneath it.
- It doesn't box you into a type. It shows you the patterns you keep repeating, and why. That's where the real work starts.
- No. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll take a full 180-question assessment before you arrive. I hand you the printed report in person on Day 2.
02 / WHO IT'S FOR
Who it's for
- Someone in a life crisis — a marriage that just ended, a milestone birthday that cracked something open — or someone whose life technically works but doesn't feel like theirs anymore.
- Not right now. Untamed isn't built for an acute mental health crisis. If that's where you are, please reach out to a licensed professional first. Untamed will still be here when you're ready.
- The minimum is 25, and there's no upper limit.
- I set the minimum at 25 because Enneagram results tend to be more reliable once your personality has settled. If you're younger and really want to come, let's talk. Just know your results may be less accurate, which can make the five days less personal. If you still want to try, I'm open to it — as long as you're 18 or older.
- Possibly. They apply and do the call on their own, like everyone else, and we decide together. They need to be 18 or older.
- Yes. Untamed is for 1–2 people, with groups of 3 or more by request. Coming alone gets you the most one-to-one time.
- Yes. One friend or partner can come with you and share the room. Coming as a group of 3 or more? Get in touch — groups are by request, with at least 2 months' notice. Each person applies and does the call separately.
- You come with your own people — friends, a partner, family. I don't group you with strangers.
Everyone applies on their own — no one fills in the form for someone else, because the health questions are private.
- You apply first and name who you're coming with.
- You send the application link to the others.
- Each person fills in their own form and books their own 15-minute call.
- Your group is confirmed once everyone has been through the call. That's when your group price is locked in.
Each person is screened on their own, so nobody's place depends on anyone else's. If someone doesn't go ahead, the rest of the group moves to the price for the new group size.
- For now, Untamed hosts women and mixed groups only — not solo men or all-male groups.
- Average fitness is fine. Some activities involve hiking, kayaking, and cold water, but none are required. You choose what you do each day.
03 / THE FIVE DAYS
The five days
- Two things happen every day: DIY breakfast in the morning, and a salon with me in the evening. Everything in between is yours to choose, based on how you actually feel that day.
- Day 1 Rewild, Day 2 Reveal, Day 3 Retrace, Day 4 Redefine, Day 5 Redirection. Each evening salon has its own theme — Land it, Brag it, Own it, Solve it, Steer it.
- Gardening, fishing at the pond, mixology, a ceramics workshop, hiking and kayaking at Pha Hop, a summit hike at Wat Chaloem Phra Kiat, and a waterfall soak with a private hot spring at Jae Son.
- No. You choose each day. You can say no, stop, or turn back at any time.
- An evening conversation with me, built around that day's theme and whatever came up for you. Alone or in a pair, it runs 45–60 minutes one-to-one. In a group of 3 or more, it's 30–45 minutes one-to-one each, plus a shared group salon over dinner. The timing is flexible — it can run longer or shorter if the day calls for it.
- Yes. Untamed isn't anti-phone, it's anti-algorithm. On the first evening you set your own restriction on social and entertainment apps, with your own passcode. You get two 30-minute windows a day for calls and messages, and your phone is always there for a real emergency.
- That's not a failure. It's material. Bring it to the salon.
- DIY breakfast, then shared dinners — hot pot, grilled fish, mookata, cooking together, a fire pit night. Tell me about allergies or food needs on the application form.
- Only if you choose mixology. Nothing is pushed on you.
- Yes, there are dogs on the property. If they're not your thing, they're kept away for your whole stay.
- In the guest room in the house, newly furnished in a warm, simple style. If you come as a pair, you share it. A second room, in a cabin on the property, opens in 2027. Until then, groups of 3 or more are by request.
- Salons can be in English or Thai. But the full Enneagram assessment is only available in English, so you'll need to read and write English comfortably to take part.
04 / SAFETY & PRIVACY
Safety & privacy
- Me — Audrey. I'm a certified Enneagram coach with a master's in psychology and neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London. I'm not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or psychiatrist.
- Hard things coming up is the point. But if something goes beyond what a salon can hold, I'll stop, check you're safe, and connect you with a licensed professional rather than keep digging.
- Yes. The one exception: if I believe you may harm yourself or someone else, I'll act on it — including contacting emergency services or your emergency contact.
- Everyone signs a confidentiality agreement before they arrive. What's shared during the stay stays there.
- Not without your written yes first.
- Yes, and please do. You'll get the full address and a map pin once you're confirmed. Share it privately with your emergency contact — just don't post it publicly.
- Of yourself and your own experience, yes. Not of the property's location, the family, the staff, or other participants without asking them first.
- Yes. Travel and activity insurance for the full five days is arranged and paid for by me, at no cost to you.
- The nearest hospital, drive time, and transport are planned in advance, and Thailand's emergency hotline (1669) is on hand every day.
- Two short documents after you confirm: a confidentiality and privacy agreement, and an activity and risk waiver.
05 / APPLYING & PAYING
Applying & paying
- Fill in the application form — about 5 minutes.
- Book a 15-minute call with me right after you submit.
- If it's a fit, confirm and pay a 50% deposit.
- Sign the two short documents within 7 days.
- Take your Enneagram assessment.
- Pay the balance 21 days before you arrive.
- No. It's a real conversation about what you're hoping to find, and whether these five days are right for you.
Two rates per person, whichever activities you choose.

Coming as a group of 3 or more? Get in touch — groups are by request, with at least 2 months' notice. A second guest room opens in 2027.
- Accommodation, meals, activities, airport transfers, insurance, and your full Enneagram assessment.
- Your flights to and from Chiang Mai, and personal spending.
- PayNow for SGD, or PromptPay for THB.
- Within 7 days of confirming: full refund of your deposit.
- After that, before the balance is paid: your deposit becomes 5 one-to-one sessions with me.
- After the balance is paid: everything you've paid becomes 8 one-to-one sessions.
- Converted sessions can be online or in person, depending on your preference and my availability. They must be used within 12 months.
- Once, for SGD 300, depending on my availability and whether my own flight can be changed.
- If it's before the balance is due, the rest of the group moves to the price for the new group size. If it's after, your rate stays as booked.
- You get a full refund of everything you've paid. No fees, no conditions.
06 / GETTING THERE & AFTER
Getting there & after
- Monday to Friday. You arrive Monday and leave Friday by noon.
- Chiang Mai (CNX). I pick you up at the airport and drive you to the property myself.
- Yes. Pickup can be anywhere within Chiang Mai or Lampang city.
- On Friday we have a last lunch together in Chiang Mai, then I drop you at the airport.
- That depends on your passport. Please check Thailand's entry rules for your country before you book flights.
- Comfortable clothes, good walking shoes, swimwear, and something warm for the evenings if you come during winter months.
- On the last day, I hand you a written closing memo — a keepsake of our final conversation. After that, you're invited into The Chapters of Moths, an invite-only circle for people who've been through Untamed and want to keep doing the work together.
